Finally the right person picked up the phone, asked the right questions, listened and made sure his company kept me as a customer. "Cerity inaccurately bordering negligence read my final audit data from 6/28/2022 - payroll I submitted for $490 was entered as over $50,000. Cerity did not communicate upcoming charges of almost $1500 on a $600 annual premium paid in April 2022. Then it showed on my credit card. Needless to say 2 days later there is still no answer regardless if the 2 hours spent on the phone. So far very poor experience. I am looking forward to the outcome." Outcome was satisfactory. Overall - positive and will stay with them.

They couldn't even change over to my new credit card correctly and ended up cancelling my account in their confusion. The cancellation caused me to have to find another provider and do a state-mandated audit. Big inconvenience for a payment processing error. Update - They just charged me a $200 fee. 3 months after erroneously cancelling my account. The cancellation email said they'd be sending over paperwork to fill out and they never did. So now they're charging me a fee for it, which they informed me in an email that they sent at 1am. Imagine filing a claim with a company this disorganized. They can't even execute billing or account cancellation correctly. Avoid at all costs.
