Excellent choice of food with fantastic flavours. Great value and easy to order. I would recommend Cook to everyone.

Delivered when said and all but one of my order. Tub of gravy in lieu. Otherwise all good.

Tasty, Convenient, Healthy and Great selection. As first time parents to a new born, not having to worry about what we were having for dinner and then the preparation, was an absolute dream. We have been ordering from Cook every week for the last 9 weeks. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Bought 1 roasted veg for 8 and 3 lasagnas for 8 for my daughter’s 18th. They were delicious and made the party so easy. Highly recommend

The food is consistently excellent, as is the customer service!

The whole experience, from start to finish, was oppressive. My partner and I were so excited at the prospect of getting a nostalgic 'Cook' meal. We decided to walk to Muswell Hill and visit the store to pick out a treat for ourselves. The cold, withholding shop assistant didn't speak a word to us and looked down on us the entire time we were there. To make matters worse, the entire shop smelled like hospital food! The interaction and customer service were terrible. And the food only added insult to injury—bland, unseasoned, and soggy! We bought the cottage pie, garlic ciabatta, and chicken & portobello mushroom pie. The cottage pie tasted like nothing and was more water than pie. The garlic ciabatta was just a glutinous mass with the faintest whiff of garlic. The chicken and portobello mushroom pie was beyond appalling! It was simultaneously watery and dry. The pastry base never cooked through, and the filling was a watery, milky, under-seasoned, and overly herbed mess. You couldn’t pay me to ever shop here again!

I know I can depend on Cook! I had our daughter’s lovely in-laws (who are very good on the catering front !) over and wanted to feed them something delicious without stressing myself out. Cook’s meatballs in a wonderful tomato sauce did the job -I just added easy rice and a green salad. A very pleasant relaxing meal was had by all!

I had recently give COOK a one star review for a product which was an integral part of our Christmas Dinner. I received an apology and an invitation to expand on the reason I gave a poor review. Via email I sent more details and a photograph of the food concerned. Today I received a full apology and a voucher for the total amount to use in payment for my next online order. I am pleased with this result and look forward to enjoying many more COOK meals.

Food was absolutely delicious.

Great food, great choice & helpful in store staff.

We had ordered a meat based Christmas lunch but our plans changed. We don’t eat meat and we were able to change the order just a few days before the collection date. We don’t eat meat so swapped the turkey for nut roast (which we haven’t tried yet) and a mushroom wellington which was delicious. The roast parsnips were a bit disappointing but not sure whether that was our fault. The collection was very easy and the staff in our local shop were very courteous and helpful, as they always are. We are very glad to have a local Cook shop and ensure we always have a veggie Thai curry in the freezer for those nights when neither of us feels like cooking.

Love the food from Cook. I’ve never been disappointed with anything. From meals for 2 to meals for 8 or more. As good as home cooking without all the effort, not to mention the time saved. For the first time I ordered online for home delivery. Great service. Able to pick a time and day suitable. Would recommend every time.
