All the food in the box was tasty and as described. I have had many products from COOK and have always found them delicious Our Christmas dinner had to be postponed because, despite following the instructions to the letter, the turkey joint was still frozen in the middle. Next day - I didnt really find that using frozen items, apart from peeling and chopping, was any easier than if Id bought fresh. With all the specified timings there was only a breathing space of around 20 minutes during the whole process. It was all tasty but I wouldnt repeat

The Cook puddings are highly rated in our family. This time a Raspberry and chocolate roulade and a caramel cheesecake made the list. It was easy to place an order and then collect from store just before they were needed.

We ordered the turkey crown & some veg for Christmas lunch. Click & collected it which was easy & quick with the wonderful, friendly staff in the Cheltenham store. It’s dog friendly which helps as I can walk to it. We’ve had the turkey, stuffing, red cabbage & parsnips before as well as the gravy & brussel sprouts. Everything cooked well, with clear instructions & tasted fantastic. We will definitely order again & keep buying Cook food as it never lets you down.
