Lovely food. I like going into the shop. The selection is great, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I also have deliveries sometimes and the drivers are helpful and friendly. When you get old nice food and nice people can make a big difference to your life.

Great Christmas food ! We are regular Cook customers, we’ve had consistently good food, with lots of choice . We bought Turkey for 8 and a Beef Wellington at Christmas, both delicious and cooked perfectly using the clear instructions - customers for life !

Quality of food excellent as always. Real value for money. The delivery of my order arrived 30 minutes earlier than the advised delivery time and I was about to take my dog for a short walk. Everything OK but maybe update on delivery time could be advised to customer in such circumstances!

Delivery gentleman unpacked food and put it in freezer for me as I was unable to do it because of a fall

Sent some to my sister when her husband. Car out of hospital which they said were wonderful my daughter in law sent some to me when I came home from hospital too so I knew that was wonderful . I now regularly order a meal as a treat.

It was wonderful to be able to spend time with family over the Christmas period and be able to give them delicious meals without spending hours in the kitchen

The Christmas Dinner for 2 was once again amazing. Portions could have served 3! The taste and quality of the food was wonderful. Delivery on time as per order. Will be ordering again.

No problem with the food although only eaten one dish so far and it was acceptable. However, customer service could be greatly improved. Seemed an effort to deal with me and although I spent well over £50 there was no thanking for the order and with 11 dishes the bag was pretty heavy. I am almost 80 year's old but no offer to carry to the car. They were stock taking which was obviously more important than a customer. Will be reluctant to shop there again.
