Excellent service re delivery and help in shop.

We’ve loved every dish so far! So easy and delicious and love that there is such a range of meals to choose from. I’m most impressed with the quality of meats since that’s often where frozen meal providers cut corners but not at COOK!

A friendly face and swift service. The shop.is always so clean, tidy and bright. A pleasure to shop there. I am Gluten intolerant- so much choice.

Delicious, superb quality. Great that they now have so many dairy-free and gluten-free options for those of us with dietary needs. I suffer from chronic illness and these have really been a godsend! Keep them in the freezer and just pop them in the oven or microwave when needed. Other pre-prepared meals always seem to have caused flare-ups but these are clearly made with much more whole ingredients - no hidden nasties. Worth every penny for convenience nutrition.

Delivered on time, well packaged, delicious "go to" meals

Ordered these items before.Delivered next day on time. Very good products( large lasagne and lemon tart ) for feeding a group of 6 to 8 although expensive.

Lovely good, lovely staff and lovely shop

Ordering was simple and I received an acknowledgement immediately of my order confirming cost, no of people served by the meal and the delivery date. Instructions regarding defrosting and cooking were easy to follow and worked well. Food was really tasty, beautifully cooked and enjoyed by everyone. We only needed one of the boxes of roast potatoes but that meant we had new ones for Boxing Day - great! Thank you very much

Delivery was delayed due to breakdown of vehicle. Cook arranged a new delivery date and refunded the delivery charge. Excellent service

Most importantly the food was great! And the communication was very good as well.

So after leaving a negative review about my last meal I was asked if I would contact customer services which I did. I had also complained about the offer of vouchers to spend on line (£6) when very clearly there is a minimum order and let's face it I wouldn't be rushing back. After that particular complaint I was offered the facility to convert the voucher to use in store. I mentioned that I do not drive because of a medical condition and that would be of no use to me. Sadly, although I got feed back, no resolution, just a very curt to get back to them if I change my mind. I've never known a company like this. I run a company and I would never adopt this policy in a million years.

Just about all of your mains were delicious and there was much variety in English, French, Italian , Mediterranean, Far Eastern, and Indian dishes. I personally would request lower salt for healthier dishes across the board and consideration for more sustainable packaging—using cardboard if possible instead of plastic. Otherwise, quite well done!
