Vor 3 Monaten ein Trikot von Gore gekauft, Passform und Tragekomfort wie immer super, leider ist der Reisverschluss bereits nach 3 Monaten bereits sehr schwergängig. Reklamieren gestaltete sich Anfangs etwas schwierig Mittlerweile wurde der Vorgang von Bike24 zu meiner Zufriedenheit gelöst, ich erhielt einen Gutschein über die komplette Summe und kann das Trikot neu bestellen😊

Bike24 has the stuff I need and at reasonable prices. I like everything they do. They don’t send you more email than what you need, you’re not inundated with social media requests and their delivery tracking is not passed on to the delivery company, but kept on their site and updated regularly. I also really like their Amazon order payment integration.

I have been customer at Bike24 for several years and they never disappointed me. Large selection of products, they often have the best prices compared to other online stores and they ship the order quickly. If you're not satisfied with a product, they also offer free returns without hassle. On top of that their customer service is simply stellar. Highly recommended :)

It used to be a really good shop. But since they offer only DHL as a delivery service, which is very bad in my area, I give one star. Part of happy shopping is actually receiving items. The customer service is unhelpfull. Copy paste answers, no human on the other side. As often happnes, the shop grew unsustainably and it lost human factor.

Het probleem is uiteindelijk opgelost. Helaas wel even tijd over heen gegaan maar wel opgelost. Pakket is nooit geleverd en klantenservice komt niet met een oplossing.

Übersichtlicher Shop, prompte Lieferung - so wie es sein soll! Macht weiter so.

Wegen einer Nachfrage Support kontaktiert. Schnelle Reaktion mit fachlich fundierter Aussage. Es wurde noch auf ein Merkmal hingewiesen, das ich bei meiner Anfrage übersehen hatte. Alles in allem optimal.
