Tras decidirme a realizar la compra online de una E-Bike , siempre han resuelto todas mis dudas y preguntas , tanto por email , con rápida respuesta como en atención telefónica en Barcelona , ya que el envío era desde Alemania hasta Palma de Mallorca con plazo de entrega de entre 4 y 6 días hábiles. Todo fué bien en BIKE24 hasta que se realizó el envío , ya que trabajan con DHL Freight y estos tienen fallos y mucho retardo en las actualizaciones acerca del seguimiento y me éxplico. En mi caso mi envío tardo de Alemania a Barcelona un día y luego estubo 2 o 3 días alli , finalmente llega mi pedido fuera de plazo de entrega y para mi sorpresa lo trae otra empresa de transporte diferénte a DHL Freight , después de recibir mi envío aun ponía en el seguimiento que estaba en Barcelona ,por lo visto dan el trabajo a terceros , los cuales no tienen sistema para seguimiento de envíos , de esta manera no sabes realmente donde se encuentra tu mercancia , esto es intoleráble ya que si BIKE24 hace los envìos con DHL Freight , estos deberían ocuparse de principio a fin de la entrega y mas con envíos tan caros , hablamos de miles de euros. Quiero agradecer a todo el equipo de BIKE24 el empeño y esfuerzo que realizan para que el cliente o consumidor quede satisfecho , ahí es donde se demuestra el compromiso y profesionalidad de una empresa. Bueno ahora solo queda ajustar mi nueva E-Bike para mi y salir a probarla y disfrutarla.

Im Garantiefall kann man leider keine zufriedenstellende Lösung erwarten. Ein 3 Monate altes Garmin-Gerät funktioniert nicht mehr. Bike24 verweist im Garantiefall unzulässigerweise auf den Hersteller. Wenn man sich mit Garmin nicht selbst auseinandersetzen möchte (weil kompliziert und zeitaufwendig) wird man mit einer Bearbeitungszeit für eine Reparatur oder einen Austausch von 4-8 Wochen abgespeist und eine Rückgabe an Bike24 mit Erstattung wird abgelehnt. Wenn man dann nach tagelangem E-Mail-Austausch noch telefonisch einen Versuch startet, eine Lösung zu finden, wird man wahlweise während des Gesprächs aus der Leitung geworfen oder wartet danach vergeblich auf die zugesagte E-Mail mit einem Lösungsvorschlag… Leider keine Empfehlung mehr möglich. Nachtag @Bike24: Mir ist vollkommen bewusst, dass weder per E-Mail noch per Telefon eine Prüfung stattfinden kann. Bis zu 8 Wochen Bearbeitungszeit mit offenem Ausgang sind dennoch eindeutig zu lang. Und ja, Garmin bietet diesen “Service” an - zusätzlich zu dem tagelangen Stress mit euch hat der Prozess mit Garmin mich nochmal mehr als 2 Stunden gekostet - ein Austauschgerät wird dennoch erst innerhalb von 10 Werktagen nach Eingang bei Garmin versendet… Garmin gibt auf der Homepage auch an, dass Garantieansprüche über den Wiederverkäufer abgewickelt werden sollen - das wäre in diesem Fall ja wohl Bike24, oder? Zusätzlich weist u.a. die Verbraucherzentrale darauf hin, dass der Verweis auf den Hersteller nicht zulässig ist. Eine gute Lösung wird es wohl nicht mehr geben - genauso wenig wie weitere Bestellungen…

Ho chiesto informazioni riguardo un reggisella telescopico, mi hanno risposto in tempi brevissimi e consigliato con precisione. Molto soddisfatto.

Bike24 was a trusted store for me but I am having a really bad experience for months. I live outside the EU. They normally refund sales tax when you export the items. I needed to buy a lot of bike parts and I placed an expensive order on 14.08.2024. When I order, all the items were in stock. But they shipped the items on 19.08.2024. I was on a vacation in Budapest. They shipped the parcel too late so the shipping company wouldn't be on time before I check-out from the hotel I stayed. I had to go to DPD hangar to get my parcel. I had to use an Uber to go back to my hotel. This was the first issue. Then I went back home, I exported the items and I have sent the documents with customs stamp on them like I always do. They got the documents on 03.09.2024. They still haven't refunded the sales tax. On their website, they say that "The processing time is approx. 8 weeks" for the VAT refund. And now it's been 16 weeks. They don't reply my emails properly. When they do, they say that they don't know when they can refund the sales tax.

Fantastici è dire poco… venivo da brutta esperienza da sito spagnolo che non aveva pezzi a magazzino (disponibili ma lo dicevano dopo aver pagato) bike 24 hanno lo store aggiornato in tempo reale e anche se avevano prezzo superiore con l’assistenza mi han applicato lo stesso prezzo con la garanzia prezzo piu basso… 2 giorni e avevo il materiale a casa… FANTASTICI

I ordered a bike, but during the “last mile” delivery, the carrier—a subcontractor of DHL—damaged it. A pallet was not properly secured and fell on the bike. As a result, I refused to accept the order, which is something they purpose on their website for this kind of incidents. I contacted Bike24, but their response was slower than expected. They informed me that I would receive a refund once the bike was returned to them. However, three days later, they still hadn't contacted DHL to retrieve the bike. This delay makes me worried that the stalling the process from THEIR side may result to exceed the 14-day refund period. This situation is completely unacceptable, as they are holding my money and not acting as efficiently as they should. Update 17/12/2024: Bike24 contacted me and informed me that they will process the refund as soon as possible.

Pessima esperienza: acquistato una bici il 30 novembre e oggi 12 dicembre non ho ricevuto niente. Lo stato d'ordine risulta ancora in fase di preparazione per l'ordine. Chiamato tutti i giorni l'assistenza e nemmeno loro sapevano darmi risposta. Pessimo servizio, pessima assistenza e pessimo tutto. Mai più e ancora non so se mi arriverà la bici.

Hago un pedido en bike24 a mi dirección personal, el repartidor refiere que no hay nadie en ese domicilio (cosa que es mentira porque estoy recién operada y estoy en casa las 24 horas del día) y deja el paquete en una librería cercana, me pongo en contacto con la empresa bike24 y me responden que no pueden hacer nada para que el paquete llegue a mi casa, que o voy a recoger el paquete o lo mandan de vuelta y me hacen un reembolso. LAMENTABLE. NO VOY A VOLVER A COMPRAR NADA DE NUEVO Y VOY A RECOMENDAR QUE NADIE DE MI ALREDEDOR LO HAGA.

Ich bin seit Jahren sehr zufrieden mit Bike24. Der Versand könnte manchmal gefühlt etwas flotter vonstatten gehen. Das kann aber auch ausschließlich meine Wahrnehmung sein, dass ich es nie schnell genug ans Rad bekomme. Top Shop und verlässliche Quelle von Fahrradteilen. Danke dafür!
