Es posible que uno no esté en casa, pero que el SERVICE POINT no esté en casa no es verosímil. El lugar es un estanco perfectamente abierto en horario comercial. Y dicen los de DHL que han ido tres veces!!!. Lo he comprado con otro proveedor 20 euros más caro, prefiero pagar más pero con mas fiabilidad. Además, dice que están en las oficinas de DHL en Madrid ¿pero dónde están esas oficinas?. Gracias REEDICIÓN EL DÍA 4 DE FEBRERO DE 2025. LA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE SI RESPONDE ME HAN HECHO DEVOLUCIÓN DE LA CANTIDAD. LÁSTIMA LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTE QUE SE UTILIZA.

Italy | 01 February 2025ho effettuato un ordine il giorno 29 gennaio, davano tempo di consegna 3-5 giorni lavorativi, sul tracciamento ho visto che dopo due giorni il mio ordine era ancora in fase di preparazione, ho contattato il servizio clienti per chiedere una spiegazione, un addetto, peraltro molto gentile, mi ha detto che non avevano l'articolo nei loro magazzini e che, venendo da lontano, i tempi di consegna non potevano essere rispettati indicandomi una data presunta di consegna molto più in la con i tempi previsti. A questo punto ho domandato se quando il pacco arriva in Italia, fosse possibile spedirlo con un corriere espresso o alla peggio, di poter annullare l'ordine, visto che il ricambio mi serviva arrivasse prima perche devo partire per un viaggio in bici e non posso usarla se non mi arriva in tempo facendomi saltare tutto il programma, mi è stato risposto che, nonostante lo sbaglio sia loro, non possono ne annullare l'ordine ne aiutarmi in altro modo. In conclusione adesso devo ordinare l'articolo su un altro sito e sperare che mi arrivi in tempo e in più, quando mi arriverà quello ordinato qui, dovrò perdere tempo per provare a fare un reso. In conclusione, io capisco che ci possano essere dei problemi, quando si lavora succede, ma una ditta seria DEVE fare di tutto per risolverli e non lavarsene le mani
