Ottimo sito per acquisti accessori mtb, facile acquistare

Nachdem ich mehrmals dort angerufen habe und nach einer Mail Adresse des Geschäftsführers gefragt habe, habe ich zur Antwort erhalten das die Firma so etwas nicht hat ! Eine Dame des Hauses hat sich mit Frau W vorgestellt der Name ist mir bekannt. Des weiteren belehrte sie mich das jeder Artikel eine Bestellnummer hat dieser hat keine es handelt sich um einen Bosch Akku der zur Zeit für 531 Euro verkauft wird. Vielleicht sollte man eventuell 50 Euro mehr investieren und wo anders kaufen, wo ein Kunde wie ein Kunde behandelt wird. Hochachtungsvoll G.F. Berlin

I have ordered twice from Bike24 in January 2025 and paid with a credit card. Both times my card was blocked due to suspicious activities on my account: it turned out that Bike24 had debited my card twice for the same amount although I only ordered once. IT TOOK ME HOURS TO HAVE MY CREDIT CARD UNLOCKED. Secondly, Bike24 lists only inoperative phone numbers on their order confirmations and website, nor is the Email address info@bike24 of any use - it results in an automated reply that directs customers to their contact form. I did send in their form after the first occurrance but NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. I am still waiting for a reply on the second occurrence. BUT it appears that Bike24 eventually reversed the additional charge, and the order was delivered.

bike24 est vraiment un site à recommander , tout est parfait , large choix et qualité des produit , frais d ' expédition minimes vers la France , autre point très important , contrairement à d ' autres sites de vente les stocks sont bien réels et à jour , on a par conséquent jamais de mauvaise surprise , après avoir passé commande .

Effettuato Reso, non si sa dove si trova la spedizione e non risponde l'assistenza. Ma sicuramente non gli lascerò i soldi procederò per vie legali direttamente in Germania! Evitate ad acquistare da questo sito tedesco.

Ordino una coppia di ruote in offerta. L'ordine parte 2 giorni dopo,ma si ferma subito al primo deposito DPD e rimane la. Cerco notizie in merito,e nessuno sapeva darmi una risposta. Rimango d'accordo con l'assistenza bike 24 nel volere ricevere le ruote,rifiutando il rimborso,e per essere informato passo passo sugli avvenimenti. Dopo 24 giorni,mi arriva una mail con la fattura del rimborso,senza essere avvisato da nessuno. Richiamo e mi dicono che probabilmente il rimborso è avvenuto perché il corriere ha perso il pacco. Mi sarei aspettato l'invio di un'ulteriore coppia di ruote allo stesso prezzo o simile, visto che le hanno disponibili a prezzo superiore,e che si facessero risarcire la differenza dal trasportatore. Non avevo mai avuto problemi di sorta con questo sito,ma ora sono titubante nel fare ancora acquisti,se poi devo aspettare nel silenzio per molti giorni e ritrovarmi senza nulla,magari con urgenza del materiale.

L'achat est pratique, les tarifs sont très corrects, le contact par téléphone est pratique et la communication est excellente. Le seul bémol est la livraison qui ne peux pas être livrée dans un point relais ( en cas d'absence au domicile ). Cdlt Daniel
