I e-mailed a question and it was promptly answered in a personal way, not some auto generated form letter. It's nice to feel like there's a real person on the other end. The friendliness lead me to place my first order. The coffee pod selection (for a SunCana machine) was excellent. My order came quickly, too. I will reorder from them when the coffee starts to run low.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Coffee House Express. I submitted my order and immediately remembered that some of the coffee should have been decaf. I sent an email asking if I could get the order updated and received a reply almost immediately from Melissa D'Orazio and she updated it for me. She also let me know that part of my order was backordered but that the remaining items would be shipped. The shipment notifications are also helpful. Thanks much for a great experience.

Coffee House had a good product and prompt delivery. It is difficult to find coffee pods in local retail stores so this is much easier. Only complaint is the Java One pods are slightly thicker than the Senseo ones and sometimes my machine pops open during brewing.

I would say to be VERY CAREFUL when buying coffee for the Keurig machines. I buy an actual pod from San Francisco Bay Coffee and when I ordered (ALL MY FAULT) I was thinking pod meant the same for everything. See what I know..LOL...I am old what can I say. Anyway, the service was absolutely superb, coffee came quickly. I opened a box and imagine MY surprise. So now I cut this pod open, put it in my little cup with a liner and I still have coffee. Cost TOOOO much to send back.

I am a return customer and will continue to be one. CoffeeHouse has many great flavored coffee pods that my husband and I really enjoy. I also like that I shop from home and a couple days later my coffee is here. Great place to shop, you should try it.

I am a new customer to CoffeeHouseExpress and was excited that they carried the DECAF Higgins & Burke tea that I was looking for...so I ordered 5 boxes...two were backordered (boo hoo), two were regular when they were supposed to be decaf and one was correct. I called right away to say my order was wrong and they made it right, right away. Not only did they let me know when my backordered product would be released, they also sent me the right decaf and told me to keep the two boxes that were wrong...then to top it off, they added a 5% discount to my account for future orders. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...I will order again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought the selection of coffees was really good. We happen to like flavored coffee and sometimes find it difficult to find a wide selection. This wasn't the case with Coffee House Express. Choosing, ordering and paying was all very straight forward and easily accomplished. The coffee arrived in a very timely fashion and we were pleased with the whole process.

Use to use another coffee supplier, but after the other one never sent an email, never answered phone messages, then after I sent them 50 emails they finally responded that what I ordered was "OUT OF STOCK" this entire ordeal took 12 days of my time, luckily did not run out of coffee.

They notified when they received the order and when it was shipped. It was delivered quickly. I will order from here again.

I have been buying my coffee from them for over a year. In all that time, there was only one error. They sent out my replacement order immediately and checked to make sure everything was okay. I like doing business with them and appreciate the personal touches like a hand written "thank you" on my packing slip.

I have company coming soon and wanted to be able to show them how to use my Hamilton Beach Espresso maker. Pods from another seller were too expensive so I searched and found CoffeeHouse Express. Their prices were very reasonable and I chose Baronett Coffee in 50/50 Cinnamon and Hazelnut and Breakfast Blend and Java Hazelnut Cream. I did put in an order for 10 boxes so shipping was free but the shipping rates are very reasonable if you buy less than I did. One thing you may want to be aware of the pods I purchased are good for a double my espresso machine has two holders do these work for me, but if you have only a single pod machine you may want to look closely at the descriptions. That being said 18 pods to a box for less than $7.00 was an outstanding buy. I will be shopping from this supplier for my coffee pods for certain.

We recently stayed in a hotel and my husband who is very picky about his coffee really liked the coffee in our room. He brought the unused pod home and I researched the Cuisinart brand online. CoffeeHouse is the only company who carries this brand. I ordered him 50 pods for a very reasonable price! He is a happy man! And included in the box of coffee was an oatmeal raisin cookie!
