They have a pretty good variety of merchandise,with fair price of this however they lack communication skills in shipping where they ship a partial order without letting the client know that the item is either out of stock, back ordered or bringing ship seperatly & approximatly when .

I recently placed an order and received it in a timely manner. The order somehow was packed incorrectly with the wrong item. I placed a call and they sent off my correct order immediately with a return postage label included. I received the second package a few days later with the correct item and the return label included. I sent back the original package with no problem having attached the return label.

Email said 2-7 days. After 2 weeks I wrote and they told me my order was shipped to another. After another week they told me my order was back-ordered. I told them most places notify customer when item is back-ordered.

I recently purchase a ciusenart 2 cup coffee makerI located the web site, looked throught.websites trying to find a 1/2 & 1/2 blend with single packets and kept coming up with K-Cups. Finally I located a website that had single packets. Tho not 1/2 & 1/2, the decaff was good coffe. If you come up with single packets at the price paid for what I have, let me know.
