Service and quality is outstanding

I wanted these to replace my fresh ground home coffe because I noted that while traveling the coffee tastes better. The 100% columbian supreme is not the same experience for whatever reason. It's still better than the brand I used to grind at home (an organic shade grown ethiopian from Trader Joes) but i have to use 2 of the supposedly 4-cup pack to get a non watery single mug.

I really like the ease and convenience of ordering a product that never seems to be on my local store's shelves when I need it. This way I am saving time and sometimes gas.
