I was trying Coffee Express for the first time and I ordered pods in error when I needed K Kups. I e-mailed the company for advice and got a quick response with a phone number for return information. when I called and told them I had gotten an e-mail from James they put me right thru to him. He did route me to the department in charge of returns but from the top thru the departments to the switchboard lady, I found everyone concerned, helpful and my new return and new order were expedited with no pressure. I actually was fascinated with the pods and ended up buying a small pod coffeemaker. Now I will be ordering both products from Coffee Express. I recommend them highly.

Finally able to get Lipton Cup of Soup in varied flavors. They are no longer available in our local food stores, especially the tomato variety. Personal email was a nice note.

Courteous, fast service. Pods are fresh, well packaged. Good price, better than other specialty sites; Amazon slightly cheaper, but only if you want 6 boxes of the same thing...

I forgot to order something and I called right after I had confirmed my order and I got a real person. She was able to update my order and include what I needed. The coffee is fresh and they deliver in just a few days. Plus it is free if you order enough.

It is so great to be able to purchase the correct "PODS" so I can, when I want, have a CUP of fresh good coffee.

I ordered coffee on the internet. The prices are not bad. The coffee is pretty good. The only thing is that I've had Kona coffee and the flavor of the coffee I recently bought isn't as good as the Kona coffee that I have had in the past.

I enjoy ordering coffee from here. They carry the pods that I can't find in stores around me.

The order arrived on time, and in great shape. Also contained in the box was a generous supply of coffee swizzle sticks to help stir the coffee. Quite unexpected. Everything was packaged securely, and all of the items ordered were in the package.
