Had great advice and excellent service from Paul at Taskers when I recently placed an online order.

We were dealt with in a friendly and informative manner by someone who was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy.

Placed an order in February. I was told the furniture would be delivered to my home at the beginning of May. I chased the order up around this time and was told they hadn't arrived. Didn't actually receive them until the beginning of June. Customer service has been OK but unsure as to whether I would use them again . Mainly due to delivery. Products bought are of a good quality.

Excellent range of quality products, well displayed. Competitive prices and knowledgeable salesmen who do not use high pressure sales techniques. We have been customers for many years and are always very happy with the service we get.

I Ordered a suite and a rug from Taskers. The delivery date was delayed several times and when the items were delivered, the cushions pictured in the photo on their website were severely lacking. They did attempt to rectify the situation and ordered me the extra cushions free of charge but it took an eternity for them to arrive, which I found out was because the supplier was out of stock of one of the materials. No communication of this was received and it was up to me to keep chasing for a reply and outcome. In the end I contacted the manufacturer and they stepped in. The rug I bought was £499 and in less than a year of it being delivered started fraying at the edges, a rug of any price should surely last longer than this but one for this amount of money I would have expected to last longer. Taskers accused me of pulling the rug ! I have sent numerous emails and photos and they have decided that I need to prove a fault on delivery. There wasn’t one on delivery it happened since.i have reported them to trading standards and I am in the process of taking next steps. All I want is a repair. The sofa I bought from they needed a repair soon after delivery and they did rectify that.

I received the items I ordered. Well packaged and fast delivery I would buy from here again.

What a great experience from visiting the store to the furniture arriving, had a slight issue with one of the chairs and Taskers couldn't have been more helpful in getting eveything resolved.

We came earlier this year to pick carpets for our living room and nursery. When I first walked in, I thought how will I ever decide on one, there was loads of choice. I am very indecisive anyway, so I thought we would be there all day! We were greeted by someone called Phil who went above and beyond, there was no pressure at all. He asked where the carpets were for and the decor in each room and brought carpet samples over. I loved the ones he picked straight away and that’s what we went with. He let us walk on the samples with the underlay on too. The carpets look amazing in our house and have finished each room off nicely. They came sooner than expect too which was a nice surprise! We would highly recommend taskers but a special thanks for Phil who gave us a great service. Thank you Phil.
