All the staff we had contact with were knowledgeable, really helpful and welcoming. There was no pressure selling, just extensive information to help make an informed choice. A superb range of sofas and chairs under one roof, so no need to shop around and the range of styles surpassed other retailers. We are returning customers because of our experience the first time we bought from Taskers. Will always be our first choice when looking for quality furniture.

Needed to replace dining table and chairs and saw something online I thought may be suitable. The showroom is very well stocked with quality products and what I thought I was going for was actually surpassed for my needs by another table which was actually cheaper. The sales staff were very helpful both with suggestions and showing me various options for chairs that weren't actually displayed with the table I picked. Taskers are certainly not a bargain basement option but their stock is good quality and staff are both knowledgeable and helpful.

initial contact with the company was really good with an extensive range of furniture to browse and gain knowledge of what was available.Staff who dealt with us initially were very attentive and knowledable about their products and helpful advice was given to help us decide upon our chosen furniture. Once our order was taken and a delivery date of 10 to 12 week given, subsequent attempts at contact with queries regarding our purchase were not met ie return calls .

We still haven’t received our bed yet, or been notified when we will get it, so I cannot give a review until I do .thankyou

Malcolm was extremely polite, helpful and professionally knowledgable. The lead time was a few days not weeks. The delivery was quick and absolutely superb. Again the delivery drivers were thoroughly professional and caring. If this is representative of Taskers then a maximum mark of 10 simply isn’t enough. Thoroughly satisfied and a very happy customer.

When initially enquiring about new wood flooring and carpets, certain other things drastically delayed the eventual purchase. Phil Davies the flooring sales manager showed patience throughout and didn’t pressure for “a sale”. The wood flooring fitter was clean, professional and punctual, as were the carpet fitters. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and at all stages, if a problem occurred, I was consulted before they continued. I would recommend Phil and his team in an instance. Five stars from me.

We went just to have a look round at suites and were met by a friendly salesman Malcolm he showed us all round the shop and then left us to look round on our own , we saw a suite we really liked and he gave us all the details about it, we did not want to make a decision that day went home to think about it . We returned the following day after deciding about the suite we paid for it and luckily it was in stock and was told we could have it delivered 6days later. All the rest of the staff seemed very friendly, delivery was efficient and on time overall a good experience.

Had our old sofa 15 yrs. Covers were washable but had become threadbare. We have a well behaved dog and three teens. Decided to go for leather it was marketed as durable and hardwearing. This was reconfirmed by the sales person when we ordered it. Alexander James. Not cheap at all. Waited a long time for delivery and in less than 4 months it is scratched. Also where joins meet colour fading. I called customwr service to be advised it was accidental and oh dear you didnt take out cover. I reiterated hardwearing and durable and 4mths old. A man was then sent to investigate. Taskers customer service then offered to cover the cost of it being painted! Out of goodwill. Suggested no dogs on it. I don't let my dog on furniture and we have since realised it was my daughter that caused the scratch with the buttons in her shorts. I guess maybe I should get her to sit in the floor and check with friends and family in case they intend wearing something that will scratch! Despite being advertised as such it is not hardwearing or durable and so far a waste of money. Consider very carefully what you buy. I genuinely wish we had kept our old sofa and recovered. It would of cost the same but it would of lasted another 15 yrs. This will be a mess in far less than that. Very disappointing customer service. A genuine lack of care for the customer.

The staff made purchasing our furniture really easy, the gave us time to browse before offering help. They we very knowledgeable and offered suggestions we had not considered. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience.
