It has been a long time coming but we have finally resolved our complaint with Taskers and the missing cushions, which have now been delivered thanks to their Customer Services whom I cannot fault. They have been most helpful and kept in touch via email, Covid-19 crisis permitting.

We ordered a couple of leather sofas, one of which arrived damaged (sustained either during transit or in the factory). Then there were problems with the replacements, however the customer service was almost embarrassingly good. I would not hesitate to use them again, thanks for your help resolving.

Bought beautifull stools excellent service, and delivered quickly would not shop anywhere else for household goods, staff always helpful quality furniture, and reasonable prices,

I ordered a chair 21march should have been delivered 25 April still waiting tryed email and ringing no response it is now 22 may not happy when do I get my chair ( i no we are on lockdown but you should still be able to contact your customer)

Still awaiting my order from 20th October 2019. UPDATE....NOW 3RD JULY...STILL NO UNIT.....🙈🙈 I appreciate the comments from the store representative on here..who I have not heard of in the whole 10 months...and I have spoken to many members of staff at taskers....however as stated in MARCH by Ivor who I believe to be store manager....my whole experience with this store is not acceptable from start to finish (well no finish as no unit yet!!) Absolutely crazy......so I thankyou for your reply but your comments are again not acceptable!

We are waiting for delivery of a suite. We know things are difficult but we should be able to get information. After all Taskers have taken a substantial deposit. Martin Heyes

Absolutely amazing service and products from taskers! In love with our new sofa - that much that we often fall asleep on it for the whole night haha. Always kept me up to date on my order and future delivery date which was very handy! Thanks guys

Great customer service , fantastic furniture and carpets.

One delivery was excellent. Delivered on time and delivery men were polite and helpful. There was a slight blip with the 2nd delivery in that the tops for the nest of tables weren't in the van but once Taskers had been made aware of this, they sent them out in another van straight away.

First class service all-round, and they're even holding on to our sofa until we're ready to take delivery, so it's all very impressive and easy to recommend to anyone.
