This is definitely a company that wants happy customers. They couldn't have done anymore to put things right. I ordered an item that was out of stock. They notified me of this as it didn't show it was out of stock at the time of ordering. They then contacted me to discuss the delay and assure me the item was now posted. Due to the delay and to make things right they then refunded me the cost of the item. That is definitely a company that wants happy customers. Well done guys, I will definitely be buying from you again.

The original delivery date was very long, however, Daryl from DED managed to negotiate with the manufacturer and significantly pulled back the date. Very well done.
