Australia | 16 March 2020Service was great until our subscription was approved then I heard nothing back, I had to check in and follow up with them. We were not kept in the loop at all along the way, I would have expected some updates and information on where my order was in the process, not very professional, felt like they had my money and now I was chasing them. When we eventually got the order the car was a different one than the one I ordered. I was not informed of the change and was not allowed to be part of that decision making process. I have since emailed them asking them follow up questions - I have has no response back from them. Their online system also does not work along with their phone app - I will be cancelling my subscription as soon as the 3 month period is up. I would recommend a different service if you are looking at a car subscription.

Australia | 13 March 20201 point for the concept, which is great, and 1 point for the car, which I love to drive, but that is all. The customer service experience was very poor, and almost my worst to date for a service with this kind of value. The value of my individual custom could be more than $12,000 per annum, yet your team were condescending and unable to answer basic questions, including an ETA for the vehicle delivery despite it being already in stock, or the registration plate details so I could set up a toll account. At pick up, the lack of a mutually agreed condition report is also highly concerning.

Australia | 13 March 2020Purchased a 1 year old car as we are in the country, Arrive to pick it up to find about 30 stonechips in the bonnet which were not mentioned plus 3 very obvious dents in the panels which the dealer claimed he never saw. Lying and Misleading People!!!

Australia | 12 March 2020Have had cars from Carbar for over a year now, almost forgot it wasn't really ours, as it is almost hassle free. Rego, servicing, insurances, included. David Macdonald, and in the past Belle and Osman were all very helpful whenever we had an issue. Highly recommended if you want all the benefits of a good quality vehicle without having to purchase it. And you can change your cars, and with a couple of weeks notice if you are away check it in, and pick it or something else up when you are back, though we have never used this option. It's a different mindset which is now and future looking. It has served our purpose well in the past.

Australia | 11 March 2020I've had a Great experience with the Carbar team and their vehicles. Car subscription is for me a much better alternative to car ownership. Let's me drive the type of car i want without any of the possible downsides to owning or financing a vehicle.

Australia | 11 March 2020I ordered a car in mid Jan (Kia Carnival) in day of pickup when I called to confirm details I got to know I won’t get the car. had to ask several times to get any kind of car in meantime, finally got Skoda Superb, this was a month ago. I’ve written 2 emails in the last 2 weeks asking when will I receive the car I primarily ordered and still no response. I feel ignored. I’m not happy with the service and at this point will not recommend anyone to use carbar.

I would highly recommend and I have recommended to family and friends if they are needing a car and wanting a vehicle (great models and car range is impeccable) I applied from Brisbane, Flew down to NSW to pick car up, Drove back to Brisbane (Car had no faults and still doesn't) Everything has been amazing.
