Really friendly, knowledgeable service. I felt really comfortable whilst in the shop just looking at the range. I needed on the spot replacement glasses as my prescription glasses bought from another optometrist had rusted through at the hinge. I know that they would need to be sent away for repair so I took them into West End Dresden on a Sunday. They scanned my glasses whilst i looked at the colors I wanted. I had my bright new glasses in 15 minutes. I even bought prescription sunnies for $69. I love their product. Comfortable, light and being all plastic that is recyclable I can wear them in the pool. ...after 34 years After 34 years in the world of traditional glasses and glasses stores, *I LOVE my collection of Dresden frames, *I LOVE exploring different colour combinations. (Im currently rocking a Swedish inspired frame combination). *Thanks to my mother, my 'old school' glasses experience (since the age of 3!) has always been a happy/positive experience. *But now - Oh my goodness!! Going into the Dresden store is like walking into a candy store. *If I feel like it, i can completely change my glasses and sunglasses. *I love how compact the frames are when they are folded up. *I purchased the wrong sized arm (i wear a small font, extra small arm) so i went back, and just swapped them for the right size, super easy!. *The staff in the store are really helpful, really lovely, its a pleasure to visit the store. I was initially excited by the sales pitch “you can mix and match your frame colours”, the reason I chose Dresden in the end...but on collection of my new glasses was told “we don’t advise that you change the frames”!

Both my daughter and I LOVE our versatile Dresden Specs!! I have several frames in different colours and love mixing and matching the arms to suit what I am wearing including arms of different colours. Just fabulous. The girls were just wonderful in helping me with my choices and the service was such fun and efficient. I have been handing out their flyers to all and sundry and already one friend has taken the journey (as we did) from the Sunshine Coast hinterland. I whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone who wants reliable, fully guaranteed specs that put fun back into wearing glasses at very affordable prices while at the same time supporting 'upcycling' discarded materials into such a quality product.

4* I am very happy with my glasses which I got for a good price, made within an hour. Mild criticism was they were a little aloof when I picked them up. But overall really pleased.

No fuss spec shop, for simple buyers, who knows about specs and scripts. Wouldn't recommend for someone looking for exceptional customer service or care.
