Bought for a Christmas gift, so I can't comment on the taste of the goods inside, but the hamper itself looks lovely. It was beautifully packed and delivered quickly and I felt offered better value for money than the ones I usually buy from famous High St names. Hopefully the recipient will be as pleased as I am. I'd definitely recommend and I'm sure I'll be ordering again.

Disappointed with the size of the basket. The contents would not fit in without it looking very unattractive.

From my initial enquiry the staff have been courteous, polite and helpful doing everything they could to accommodate my order and arranging a prompt invoice and delivery when payment had been received. with regards to the hampers, i ordered a selection of Hampers but, can honestly say each one was beautifully packaged and presented and contained an array of luxury items.

Ordered the silent night hamper. A pathetic purchase - worst of the year. My neighbour opened their gift in front of me . I was embarrassed. Hotel room service sized jams - tiny packet of nuts. Tiny cheeses - it’s so ridiculously overpriced. Don’t waste your time or money - pay the extra and get the £55 hamper from M&S - far superior and you get a gorgeous wicker basket with that one. AVOID AVOID AVOID. PROBABLY COST THEM £15 max to make

Initially concerned that I could not send a non-festive hamper near Christmas, I spotted the 'Build your own' facility which was great as it allows you to tailor the gift to the recipient. Since it was a gift, I don't know what it was like -it would be nice to see a photo although I appreciate how time consuming/practical this would be. I'd also like to have confirmation that it was delivered as it was a while before I heard from the recipient and I was worried it had gone astray. They seemed happy anyway.

The hamper is great,but the delivery to get too me was bad as there said they was being delivered in morning between 11/ 1 o'clock was tracking then it didn't arrive I try to get in contract with delivered driver,then went back in to tracking said before 6 o'clock,I waiting all day and miss appointment, but ever arrive until the next day at 3 o'clock in afternoon so very disappointed with delivery,but great hamper for christmas presents

Had a problem with FedEx saying they had delivered and I had signed for the parcel. They hadn’t delivered and I hadn’t signed. The guys in customer service were so apologetic and kind. I rang them when it eventually arrived and they were so grateful to be told I’d got it
