EDITED AS THE COMPANY REACHED OUT. Regency have reached out to me and have started an investigation with Fedex. The customer service team have been really great and acknowledge the issue and are resolving it so this does not happen to anyone in the future. Upped to 3 stars as a medium review due to the issues being with Fedex mainly and Regency reaching out and trying to resolve. ORIGINAL REVIEW TO SHOW CONCISE ISSUES WITH FEDEX NOT REGENCY I chose a Tuesday delivery, Tuesday came and went, no delivery. No notifications from anyone. On investigating I can see the driver lied about an attempted delivery (not only was everyone home, but it was an attempted delivery at 17:22 and then at 17:33 made it to the depot over an hour away, what magic!) Clearly he just couldn't have been bothered to try. Out for delivery again Wednesday, contacted Fedex to confirm it would be, gave what 3 words, clear description, my mobile number etc etc. Fedex even promised it would be delivered. Nothing. Thursday, I contacted Regency for a refund, they advised to reject the parcel, Fedex didn't bother trying again and marked as refused. I am hoping this is off the back of contact from Regency, Fedex had no idea.

Bought a hamper as a moving in present for my brothers family. They were absolutely thrilled with it - it was the muffin, gingerbread and biscuit one. Was a huge hit with all the family and the delivery was seamless

I looked for a company that could take my order for a selected hamper by telephone with a personal touch. As I'm 80 years old, the Amazon procedure for ordering for delivery of a hamper to any address other than my own seemed a bit daunting, hence looking elsewhere. (I had visions of any later Xmas Amazon order then going to the other address rather than to me!) The lady I spoke to at Regency Hampers was most efficient and helpful when my bank needed a pass code confirmation. The hamper was delivered on time and the recipient was delighted to receive it. I am somewhat amazed at the ‘size’ of your hampers. I thought for the price they’d be ‘full size’ so to speak. I discovered my gift was not much bigger than a lunch box and the Prosecco and red wine were 3/4 sizes. This was not clear when ordering and the photos give no indication of actual size. I was to be frank embarrassed that my gift looked so mean.

Lovely hamper! I wanted to get something special for my Bestie who wasn't very well so I chose a Regency Hamper with an additional bottle of Port. My friend said it was absolutely lovely and the fruit, cheeses and biscuits were great quality and delicious. Very happy with Regency Hampers and would use them again.

The hamper was an 80th Birthday gift for my aunt. It was delivered promptly on the day I picked. I only saw a video of the contents, but I was really pleased with the variety and quality of the items it contained. My aunt was extremely pleased with it, so thank-you.

Always had a great service from Regency, the hampers look amazing and those I have sent them too have always been wowed by the gift. My fist order did have an issue where the courier could not find the address, customer service were quick on replacement! Cannot fault excellent service 😀

When leaving a review about something you've ordered online and sent directly to the recipient without seeing it in person, it's always hard to judge the quality. So I asked new mum her thoughts "range in the basket was good and baby clothes are of pure cotton so I would purchase them. Only comment about clothes is that she thinks baby socks and gloves are a bit too shallow, but that might be just our baby (he kind of has big feet and hands)" So successful and great all round
