Overall the hamper was nice. I bought it for my Dad for fathers day because it came with bottles of Spitfire. When it arrived it had a different IPA that he doesnt drink which was disappointing

Had a fairly average experience with regency hampers, the packaging was lovely and the items kept intact. However, the quality and portions of the items weren’t great, they were quite measly for what I spent. Approximately I spent £6 per item, whereas I could’ve made my own hamper for half the price of what I purchased. Not too happy but not distraught.

This was bought as a thank you gift,and the recipients were absolutely thrilled. They told me all about it & how much they enjoyed everything.

Regency Hampers are always very helpful with our yearly order to celebrate our hospital volunteers week. The Hampers are always amazing and so gratefully received by our lucky winning volunteers. The contents are well presented and of a high class standard. Delivery was on time. Extremely happy with the service and will be using Regency Hamper again next year.

I've used numerous gift companies over the years and have had issues with most of them, but have to say I am super impressed with Regency Hampers. I love the quality of the products, I love that you can pick and choose what you want in your hamper, I love the amount of choice available, I love the timely delivery and I love their customer service. We had a slight issue with our order but this was immediately remedied and replacement items sent out the next working day. I honestly cannot fault them and I would happily recommend Regency Hampers to anybody. I know who I'm coming back to the next time I need to order a gift.

Excellent Customer Service I ordered on line a thank you hamper and wanted to add a bear with printed name, the number of letters permitted was 9 but the name I wanted had 10. I contacted Jessica at customer service who organised this without hesitation. They Hampers arrived on time. I will definitely use Regency Hampers again

i have purchased a few hampers now from regency hampers, i have always been very happy with the purchases, the last purchase i was a little disappointed at the size of the wine bottle but the while package looked lush, it was for a 30th birthday

Liked: - very good packaging - overall presentation including a ribbon - extremely fast delivery Disliked: - although hampers were delivered within less than 24h, when I ordered it I was refused to choose any cheese product - considering the price of the hamper the wine selection was rather disappointingly cheap (£190 hamper and worth £11,50 bottle of one wine)
