Recently I made a pre-order, It took more time than expected to deliver, but it was a shipping company issue. Unexpectedly, the order was also stolen. I contacted them, and they responded very quickly. They have a nice staff and are willing to fixe issues without making you wait too long. They also offered a small discount for my next order. Responsible company here.

Great selection and customer service. Lots of online selection and the store (Toronto) is fun to walk around. Both my kids love it. Only wish you guys were closer to KW. Good thing you offer shipping.

Do not buy from them. I pre-ordered the collectible alternate art cover of the D&D Player's Handbook 2024 from them. And even paid extra for their Shipping Protection. When the product arrived, they had not padded the sides of the box, only the top and the bottom. The bottom right corner of the cover and some of the pages were damaged and bent. They are saying it's cosmetic and won't even send an undamaged copy (I'm not even asking for a refund). Absolutely awful experience.

I started playing trading card games last September, and this store has been my go-to ever since. Their online inventory is fantastic, and the option to pick up in-store helps avoid delivery fees. The staff is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about every TCG, always ready to help with any questions. They also host weekly card tournaments that are well-organized and fun. Overall, I highly recommend this store. However, please note that the website inventory isn't always reflected in-store so if you order, wait for your email confirmation to go pic up your stuff. Also, a special thanks to Luc and Collin for making everyone feel welcome and at home whenever we come by. You guys are the best!

I got my cards in great condition and faster than I expected

I've been ordering from Hobbiesville for over a year and have had zero issues with the shipment or condition of my ordered product. I have ordered Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Weiss, and Gundam and nothing has been damaged. They have a generous coupon system where you can get your next order off depending on how much your previous orders were. The pricing on products seem to be on par with other card stores and they try to not overprice items based on demand.

Great hobby shop. Especially for cards. I've bought 3 booster box packs from them (pokemon) and the pulls I get are the insane. My streak is so good, I always let the staff pick out the box for me and it's yet to fail. If you collect pokemon cards you GOTTA buy your booster boxes from here. Not to mention this is the only Hobby shop I've seen to do a 250$ give away. Staffs always good and fun to chat with. Don't bother with other shops, I always make the trip out to hobbiesville.
