I've been to Hobbiesville's Ottawa location several times, and the staff have always been helpful and courteous. Their website and online ordering system is also one of the best I've used, and fulfillment (either shipping or pickup) has always been quick. Selection is good, prices are fair, and there's usually a good selection of singles on tap online.
