I thought the writing was perfect for what I was looking to achieve in the book.

I am well pleased with the quality with every person that worked on my book. What I am not pleased with are the tutorials which I was referred to go and watch. If I didn't have a husband that was somewhat computer literate it would have been impossible or nearly impossible to complete.

They delivered a perfect outline by writer Alissa, great communication with her and delivered before the deadline. Great experience. Navigating the website / platform where all the work is happening, is not really easy to grab as a customer.

Always help on hand should you need it.

Overall a good platform but as a newbie, I did find it difficult to understand the process (I bought a full package). I spent a lot of time trying to navigate, watch videos, speak to admin etc. and also made a lot of mistakes which cost me time. It would have been more helpful to have a simple step-by-step guide through the process, including useful tips on expectations. Also, not all freelancers are reliable. My manuscript writer kept asking for extensions, doubling the initial expected timeframe and my first book description writer bailed on me, wasting even more time.

The professionals I hired really understood their assignments.

TUW is a nice platform for creating a book. It was fairly easy to navigate; however the response time from admins takes a little too long. My ghostwriter was not great. Will be sure to pick a better one in the future. Overall, I will use this company again.

The Premium Package was very organized and complete. Everyone was very responsive; Ghostwriter, Admin, and Editor. Ghostwriter was very easy to work and communicate with, and delivered super content.
