My experience with The Urban Writers was a positive one. I had very little experience with using a ghostwriter and they helped guide me throughout the entire process. My ghostwriter and editor were both very professional and very easy to work with. I would recommend this company.

From the first step and introduction to the website by a wonderful customer service dude who was in South Africa if I remember correctly, to my AMAZING ghostwriter, editor and even formatting which I wasn't thrilled with but admit that is on me since I wasn't as ready as I should have been with the material, you ALL were patient and kind and proficient. I hope to work with the same team again when Book #2 begins.

Overall I liked the TUW's very well. The available writers, editors etc. were great to work with and I will consider them again for future projects. I will be honest though that the restrictive culture is off putting. For that reason I will have to think hard about how I move forward

Helpful and professional service!

Having already evaluated and approved the writer is very helpful. Placing them in categories based on the level of expertise, helping to hold writers accountable in terms of their communications with your clients and keeping to the writing timeline is very much appreciated I also appreciate your platform facilitates collaboration between the writer and the client is excellent. All of these made me feel confident that my work is going to be done well. I appreciate this very much. However, one thing that you need to do differently is to make your site more user-friendly for first-time clients. I wasted my time trying to figure out how to do a lot of things on your site even after watching your videos over and over. Also, I called several times and was asked to leave messages so I can be called back. But I only received one call back. That was frustrating to me.

Very responsive team from admin to writer to editor. Both writer and editor were easy to work with. I have no issue using their services again.

Urban Writers-Hit or Miss My experience with Urban Writers was not what I expected. The platform is fairly easy to navigate and the videos are very helpful if you get stuck. However, my first writer was difficult to work with and ended up being released due to plagiarism. The good thing is that once it was caught, the admin jumped in and helped me find a a new writer. The new writer and editor were fantastic. Unfortunately, the timeline for the manuscript was over 7 weeks later than expected. So depending on your ghost writer, it may be hit or miss with getting your book written on time.

Have really enjoyed my experience and the Ghost Writer has demonstrated her talent and her imagination to give some of my own dry material real life...very much appreciated! Have thoroughly enjoyed it and couldn't do it without her!
