I've ordered used and refurbished Macs from other vendors and have had problems with delivery and the products themselves. My Mac Mini came within 2 days as ordered and with the correct OS installed -- the latest -- and it was easy to migrate my old computer data from a back-up and I was up and running the next morning. Good price, great service and the product has been working perfectly since I set it up. I'm a professional photographer and I'm busy right now. This mini handles my file-processing in Photoshop without issues. I could not be happier.

I was very nervous as I ordered my MacBook, because I know very little about computers. From the get go I felt very comfortable with all the communication from Macs4you, so I was definitely less nervous about my purchase at that point. The laptop arrived very nicely packaged, I felt as if I was getting a new computer. I purchased the set up help, but my daughter was here to help so I didn’t use it, but it was good to know that help was available incase I needed it. We did call customer service with a question as we were setting everything up. The young man that helped us was very nice and cordial. It was a delight to talk to him. He went above and beyond to help us with every question we had. Over all I am VERY happy that I bought my MacBook from you guys. I definitely trust you with future business, and I will recommend you to friends and family that are thinking about buying refurbished.

The MacBook Pro was in outstanding condition. The packaging was among the best I'd ever seen, in an electronic device (form fitted foam, in the same size as the box). In short, every aspect of what Macs4U *did* (without tracing parts histories) was exemplary. The laptop has performed amazingly, however, I've not even had it for 3 months, yet. With that being said, I've been nothing but pleased. I've even referred a friend to make a purchase for a 2018 iPad (that he purchased). Hats off. This is how business should be conducted.

I love the iMac Pro!!!! I used to say I would never use apple products, ever. My mom got a iPhone and i had to learn how to use it, to be able to teach her how to use it. I fell in love with my moms iPhone . So I ended up getting an iPhone 11 and so since I had such a hard time using other computers I thought maybe I would like to get an apple computer. Package arrived quickly and product was charged and ready to use out of the box! The added case on the laptop and the keyboard cover was a nice touch and I didn’t have to put any of it on!
