I bought a reconditioned iMac 27". It arrived in excellent packaging and in perfect shape. I had some difficulties shifting over from my old iMac to the new one. After two separate phone calls all of my issues were worked out. The tech support was great and the two individuals that I spoke with were very patient with me and took all of the time that I needed to reach resolutions to my problems. I found my purchasing experience with Macs4U to be easy, and they had my back when I needed help. Those problems were mine and not in any way the new computer's.
