The kind of customer service we dream about. This is my second purchase from Macs4u. On the first, I never took advantage of the 30-minute setup assistance I bought. I got that back in spades on my second purchase. Two experts (one of whom answered my original queries when I was considering the purchase) worked with me over several days, morning and afternoon, several hours at a time, walking me through some very tough setup problems I would have been totally lost and helpless on. I'm not the kind to do reviews, but Mike and Brandon totally earned it for Macs4u. I'm sold on this outfit.

This is my 3rd computer I’ve purchased from Macs4u and just bought a Mac Mini for my Uncle. Ordering was extremely easy. Customer Service and follow through with a phone call to confirm when the computer was sent built my confidence with this company, and I’m a tough person to please. All the computers purchased were used and would never have know it, they were all in EXCELLENT condition and worked perfectly. I’m not one to recommend a company but Macs4u is one I have told all my friends about with confidence.

The Chinese third party Bluetooth keyboard and mouse did not work . Fortunately a cable keyboard was sent. Operating system froze. Good service in fixing the problem. Would order again.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to because I know it’s people who are looking for Refurbished MacBooks and is scared. After going to different websites and watching YouTube reviews I was still not being satisfied. I did one last search and came here. I’m glad I decided to do one last search before giving up because I’m in love with my Refurbished MacBook Air. You’ll think it is brand new how it’s working & especially how it looks. I had zero scratches, even though I was expecting some because it was refuburished. Best purchase I made.

Ordering from Macs4u was easy and fast. I received a phone call shortly after my order confirming the order and letting me know that since I ordered after 5pm on Friday, my order wouldn't ship until Monday. I expected that, but the phone call was appreciated. They were in constant communication via email keeping me updated as the order was fulfilled and shipped. Shipping was quick, and the computer was packed securely in a sturdy box. It arrived quickly and was just as described on the web site. I would definitely recommend ordering from Macs4u, and will check with them in the future should I need to order another computer.

Got my 2018 mac computer couple months ago it works amazing and had no issue with it so far

We have ordered about 12 machines from Macs4U in the past 8 months and they all have arrived in 2-3 days. All of the machines we have ordered were in like new condition with no sign of wear and tear. The protective shell that they include would hide any imperfections on the actual machine if there were any. I would recommend Macs4U to anyone that is looking to get a MAC but don't want to spend the money for a brand new one.

I placed this order 164383, it was charged to my bank account and after 1 day it was cancelled saying only because the payent processor say that may be a fraud. I want to know the reason for this desition, the billing address and shipping address are the same, and 100% same as appear on my bank statement, also same email and telephone number on my bank profile.

Product was exactly as advertised, priced appropriately. Even received a call after my order shipped advising when to expect delivery. Delivery expected on a Thursday. I know macs4u has no control over shippers but when it didn’t arrive by close of business on Friday I called macs4u and was told they would follow up with FedEx and get back to me. I never heard from them again. Luckily my product showed up on Tuesday. In spite of this I would use them again.

I realized after ordering and receiving a Mac laptop that it was not going to satisfy my needs. Mac4u.com graciously agreed to me exchanging it for a more appropriate Desktop. Customer service is hard to come by these days but still works its magic in creating satisfied, return customers. I'll be back !
