Great pricing and very quick delivery.

Found it very hard to connect to the WiFi. Instructions seemed so easy but even after following them found it difficult to connect. After going to support.dymo.com, no differents, according to the booklet you go to this site click dymo label configuration, enter admin ,admin and follow the prompts, only problem was finding the dymo label configuration in the browser to get to the page you needed to enter the username & password. Still unable to get Dymo connect to work on mobile devices. I would have though in this day and age it would be a lot simpler to connect these sort of devices. Overall a little disappointed. The dymo site made everything look so easy, but that wasn’t my experience. Even dymo connect is a bit frustrating to use.

Hi, I have a DBA behind my name - If I was your marketing person, I would be ashamed of sending out this review request! Why - simply because I have been told that Dymo is having trouble getting product to you. Hence, anyone with an outstanding order - will in all likelihood - give you a very low mark, as did I. Your other option is to 'ignore' the results you receive so that your results are negatively skewed. Good Luck.

No communication and late delivery Package was suppose to be delivered and am still waiting 2 weeks later. A lack of communication from DymoOnline is resulting in a 1 star. Doubt this will show on the website anyway
