Australia | 13 May 2020First, let me start by saying if you buy from DymoOnline, It's a Mega Thing and PosCart, you're buying from the same company. Everything is shipped from the same warehouse. Secondly, pricing and shipping. Pricing isn't the cheapest, that goes to Amazon, but this is a "local" (they aren't local to me) Australian owned and run business, not some money grubbing corporate @#$hole who treats their employees terrible. They offer free shipping, which is nice, and items are supposed to ship within 24-48 hours. Awesome, sign me up. This is where things get a bit sticky. I sign up, buy, pay and get a confirmation email, which says there could be a 7-10 day delay in shipping. Seriously ? You tell me after I've purchased. That lack of transparency isn't nice. Informing customers on the website would have been more appreciative. And I wasn't in a hurry for the item, so I'd likely have purchased anyway. Tracking via Couriers Please was virtually non-existent, and the package arrived about 3-4 days later with no notification. No better than Amazon's local shipping for speed. Everything arrived in good condition, very nicely packaged, and in the box was a card with a hand written note by an employee, as well as a small bag of gummies. I was going to give 3 stars, but the polite note was very appreciated, and I'm a sucker for a personal touch, so here we are with 4 stars. If you'd let me know before purchasing that there was to be a delay via your website, I would have given you the full 5 stars, knowing that it's my choice to wait. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to buying from you again in the future, and I hope things improve on the business end.
