I visited Click hearing in Upminster. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel very welcome. My test was approximately 2.5 hours, the whole time my audiologist put me at ease, explaining each test as he was going along. I would highly recommend.

The lady my parents saw was very patient, kind & understanding as my mum had a bad experience in the past but click hearing was brilliant and put my mums mind at rest, will continue to use

Easy to get an appointment and receptionist was very welcoming and friendly Lady who did my hearing test was very clearly spoken and again very welcoming Great choice of hearing aids . Everything was explained perfectly

State-of-the-art equipment Knowledgable staff who know how to use it. The staff have communication, patience and empathy skills. The above is what you pay for. It's not cheap, the best never is.

I went to click hearing didn’t know what to expect but the staff were very good gave me an hearing test then looked to see if there was any wax you can look at the screen while this is being done and they talk you through it then told me there and then if something was wrong

Following earwax build up and noticeble blocked feeling in my face/head, decided to visit Click in Westcliff. So glad I did. Noticed an immediate improvement from their very professional technician, also the re-assirance of a hearing test. Had a great experience at the Hornchurch branch and it's just a pity I can't remember the Audiologist name! She was very thorough. The whole process was meticulously and carefully explained to me and felt equipped to make an informed choice
