Very impressive service and professional set-up. I’d been suffering with a partial loss of hearing for a week and eventually got myself organised and arranged an appointment. Fortunately got a slot the same day. Click Hearing diagnosed the issue and resolved it, all within 20 minutes. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Visited click hearing in Chelmsford. Arrived early, did not long to be seen. Service was friendly and efficient. My hearing was improved after. Definitely recommend them.

Cannot complain 1 bit about the service I received. The ear syringe was performed quickly and easily with no complications. I was informed of the procedure before and during. Hearing was 100% better straight away. It was good that they examined the ear before starting and I could see the wax in the ear with the camera and when checked after all wax was gone.

My ears both became completely blocked whilst on holiday in Center parks I couldn’t hear at all and it was very upsetting. My wife called on Tuesday morning and after explaining the situation they squeezed me in. I drove to Chelmsford and was seen straight away. Both ears were badly blocked and they dealt with the problem efficiently and painlessly. When I first could hear again it was superb. Thank you very much.

I was recommended to Click Hearing by a friend. The service was very professional from my hearing test, to trailing aids and devices, to being fitted with my new hearing aids. I saw audiologist Ben who was very knowledgeable about the products and fully explored my personal and life style needs before offering me trails. He was very friendly and took time to explain things and answer my questions. The reception staff were very welcoming and gave me assistance when I needed it.

I've had reconstruction on my ears and needed micro suction. Click hearing was so easy to book online and gave me lots of communication in the lead up. The service was quick and easy. I felt at ease. And I loved the fact I could see inside my ears after 35 year of ear issues and not knowing what it looked like!

Saw Deesha at Chelmsford for my 3 year old daughter. She was very good with her and very patient giving her lots of opportunity to respond before interfering. Very informative, knowledgable and explained everything clearly. Also emailed me the report findings straight away. Seen on time also. Recommend to parents of young kids.

My son has special needs and is funny about his ears but suffers with earwax we walked in and everyone was so lovely an helpful and the place was clean I won’t be taking him anywhere else for his ears he had a good experience thank u all
