Excellent service from Helen at Hornchurch branch. Friendly and helpful and explained every step of the process in removing ear wax

From start to finish my experience has far exceeded my nervous expectations. Everything was explained using the medical facts and elaborated on in a way I could understand. I felt at ease to ask questions and to say if I didn't understand something.

This is my 3rd time visiting the Chelmsford branch but my second time with Georgia. I can honestly say as someone who was apprehensive the first time going there, don’t be. The reception team are wonderful and very talkative, the ambience is lovely but a special thanks to Georgia who has on both occasions delivered a customer experience like few others know how to. Gentle, kind, caring and informative about what is going on. The Chelmsford centre are lucky to have her and whilst I hope not to have to go back any time soon, I will be booking with Georgia if needed.

I was struggling to hear so went here for ear wax removal. The lady who dealt with the procedure couldn’t be nicer, answering any questions I had,and I had lots and put me at my ease through the whole procedure. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone with hearing issues

This was my second visit to Click Hearing (Upminster), and I was very pleased with the service I received. The Audiologist I saw on this occasion, Georgia, was professional and friendly, and put my mind at ease in regard to the procedure to be undertaken. I would highly recommend.
