They were excellent. Sandra was so helpful with booking and Scott was a very knowledgeable fishing guide. We loved it.

The drivers got us packed in the van all squished with weak air conditioning and did make any conversation. Wasted some time on waiting and pitstops.

The charter was amazing. It was in celebration of our daughter's 20th wedding anniversary. All of my grandchildren and brothers and sisters were on the trip. Almost the entire group were brand new to snorkeling and the crew as wonderful at teaching each of them the ins and outs of snorkeling. By chance we were able to also spend time watching a pod of spinner dolphins which we were told was a rare opportunity. Overall it was a great way to celebrate the accomplishment of our daughter and son-in-law

2 things kept it from being 5 stars, no slip was given as to where to meet the boat and we were told that there would be a deli lunch. We looked around for 15 minutes and finally had to call directly to the boat company for directions, no lunch was provide, only water, chips and a bit of fresh pineapple. Other than that it was great.

After I placed my online order for Parasailing, Tom's Barefoot Tours called me within 5 minutes to confirm the availability of the requested time and e-mailed me a booking confirmation from the Parasailing operator just a few minutes later. Very efficient and friendly customer service!

Highlight of our trip! ATV tour guide was knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable even if they were a beginner! Got to see waterfalls and some great views with time to have your picture taken from your cell phones! Most of the ride is spent at a nice pace with a couple of opportunities to pick up the speed if you want to! They even had a couple helmets with the GoPro attachment on top! I recommend this to anyone as it was one of the highlights of our trip!

We came to Tom Barefoot through our travel agency, ABC World Vacations. They could not have been more friendly, helpful, accommodating, or professional. We booked a catamaran cruise, surf lessons, and a luau through them, and everything went off without a hitch!

We felt like we were taken advantage of on this fishing charter with Start Me Up. It didn't seem like the guys even tried to catch any fish. Felt like a VERY expensive boat ride.
