They guided me with which times are good for activities and even suggested trips that were similar and cost effective. When I missed a trip and got rebooked into another cheaper one I got my refund.

This was billed as an afternoon somewhat of trade wind type sail. Kinda of fast cruise. It was more of an afternoon lazy sail. The crew was great and there was only 6 people on this cruise. And we just sailed around not too far from the harbor. It was fine. Thanks for asking I was just expecting a little more. Thanks. Pete M.

First of all Tom Barefoot is really the owner's name!! We have booked several of their tours for our clients and ourselves and have also used them to book rental cars. Their service is personal and professional and the staff knows the islands very well. They live there!!

Awful day and boring sites. Would not recommend Molekai as a tour option. Go directly to the leper colony for that experience.

The guide (Mr Macbride) on Molokai was very good as were the pilots with their comments. Good value! Not to the fault of anyone in particular but getting the date of the tour finalised when I had started emailing a few months before the trip and getting your staff to remember/understand that I was going to stay on different parts of Maui during my trip (and therefore choose a different departing airport depending on the final date of the tour) did require quite a lot of back and forth to get it finally right.

Tom is extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice about the best excursions for our family's needs when I first called with many questions. When we ultimately decided to book, Sandy was great to work with and ensured that we got the best possible prices for what we wanted to do. Ultimately, we went on an ATV excursion, a snorkel cruise, horseback riding and parasailing, and the prices through Tom's were often better than going directly through the service provider. We will definitely book through Tom again.

Website is a bit „old school“, but the variety of offers and discounts make it a great place to find and book your Hawaii activities.

For some reason, I was expecting a 12 passenger van for our 'Halfway to Hana' day. Instead, it was Kellen, in a private vehicle for just the 4 of us. He really knows the road, the people, and the best stops, for scenery as well as for a fabulous lunch. At a waterfall/swimming stop, he was having as much fun as us! All aspects of booking and support were seamless.

BEST TOUR ON MAUI!!! Staff is so friendly and happy. Food was great and the boat is amazing. Stop looking around, this is the tour you want to book.

We have used Tom Barefoot Tours both times we visited Maui for activities. We had to re-schedule some things and cancel some and had no problems at all. We will always check with them first when looking at activities. I would recommend them to anyone looking to book quality activities at good prices. No hassle.

Great staff, really made experience a pleasant one, and when we got sick from the heavy chop (as we knew we might) they had little tricks to help us out. Would recommend, only didn’t get a chance to see too many turtles, but how can they control that.
