Leslie was the agent who assisted me. I had done my homework before calling and knew exactly what tours and excursions I wanted to book. There are so many choices! The process was fast and easy - booked 5 trips in less than 10 minutes. Leslie answered my questions quickly and she was very friendly. Cannot wait to come to Maui !!

I’m a physician, a smart guy, and I have to say, I was skeptical using a travel agent of sorts, especially one named “Tom’s Barefoot”, because for some reason it sounds sketch and their website is a little weird. Having said that, they are the best to go through for any activity and here’s why. One, you can filter to the island and activity time you want. Most importantly though, the travel agents are SUPER nice and helpful. They give you advice on when to check in and other helpful information. It’s good to know that all the trips/activities they offer, can be purchased from that particular business’ website. Those companies may or may not have the best customer service etc. Also, Tom’s Barefoot in my research, always had the same price as the individual companies online or often times a cheaper price. It was so nice booking our kayak and deep sea fishing trip though them and such as smooth transaction with easy instructions and information. I’d totally recommend this site for all your mainstream island adventures/treks. I was not paid for this review and only did it because I keep getting an email asking if I would review. Have a nice trip!

Fantastic service, really helpful staff! I booked a snorkeling excursion for me and my husband, who is a full-time wheelchair user. We got a call from someone at Tom's to confirm everything straight away and the trip couldn't have gone smoother. Would definitely book through Tom's again!

We went on the Dolphin excursion. It was absolutely the highlight of our 8 days in Maui. We got to see dolphin pods in their natural environment swimming, playing, jumping-right along side our boat. It was incredible. The excursion itself was incredible, but I gave it 4 stars because you couldn't hear the person giving the commentary. Either she was speaking too low or the audio system was poor quality. When we spoke to her directly, she was so informative and full of interesting facts, that we wished we could have heard everything she was saying before and after our one-on-one conversations.

Sandra was wonderful! I booked a number of activities over a number of days. Since it is early we needed to wait until the tours became available, and she stayed on top of it. She included great notes on pick-up points and/or getting there. I loved working with Tom's; they epitomize what customer service should be!

Went parasailing with West Maui Parasailing and it was fantastic! So easy to book through Tom's Barefoot tours. Even sent us a confirmation text morning of to remind us of the time. Definitely recommend

Took the sunset catamaran cruise. Superb sailors, safe, and it was 100 times better than a booze cruise! The sailors engaged the people, explained history of the area, and served excellent pork sliders, chicken and brussel sprouts! Will use this group again and again.

Everything worked perfectly. My wife and I took a Kayak/snorkel tour and it was exactly what we wanted and expected. I called the phone number to confirm the tour and they answered immediately.

When booking my trip I was contacted by phone within 20 minutes! My information was emailed to me the following day. Sandra was so wonderful!
