Started my Debt Arrangement Scheme with Harper Mcdermott last year and the only regret i have is not starting it sooner! I have struggled with my debt for as long as i can remember due to silly mistakes and bad judgment in my younger years. The interest and missed payment charges made things grow arms and legs to the point i just couldnt see the end of it so i procrastinated and tried to ignore things. I thought about starting a DAS or something similar for a while but part of me was embarrassed and even a bit frightened. It wasnt until i got one of those dreaded brown letters through my door, that i got in touch with Harper Mcdermott. They made me feel at ease right from the jump and the whole process was very straight forward. I missed Decembers payment, got in touch with them, spoke to a really nice guy called Andrew and it was sorted very quickly with no issues at all. The subject of money and missed payments can be very nerve wracking one to say the least but any issues i have ever had the team at Harper Mcdermott have put my mind to ease! I just wanted to drop a thank you to Nicola (I won’t post surnames but hope you know who you are *operations director*) at trust deed Scotland who I think has really excelled. Like any company trust deed Scotland strive for perfection but sometimes as is the case for all of us we occasionally fall short. That’s ok though, they don’t mind that and accept their failings, but they do react and make it better. Without boring you all with details I felt they had let me down with some after all support about my trust deed, Nicola reached out and did everything she said she would, she listened and acted on every point and kept me in the loop because anyone with debt - sometimes that silence isn’t a good thing, we’re anxious, we’re scared and worried - we want to know we’re taken serious, being heard and our worries are being sorted. And that’s my point - Nicola has. Trust deed Scotland have these amazing reviews and you wonder if it’s too good to be true - I promise it’s not. Not the best about writing reviews but here goes. Barry my case worker was amazing and made me feel at ease about the information overload about the process but he was there every step of the way. Defo recommend as the process was easy and everything was down over the phone and via txt and emails so meant I could pick a time and place that suited me. Gives you options for your circumstances and it’s easy just to call up for some advice just to see where you stand.

The customer service has been outstanding. I was extremely nervous about gaining support with my debts but feeling relieved to get support from trust deed Scotland. I would give Michael 5 stars for his customer service and support in helping me deal with my situation.
