Tommy was absolutely brilliant. He explained all of my options clearly and listened to my story without any judgement. He really made me feel comfortable, eased any anxieties I had and made me realise that asking for help when you need it is ok. It was a great service from start to finish and I would highly recommend them. After years of struggling I finally feel like I can breathe as my monthly payments have massively reduced. Val was always making sure it was affordable what I could offer and she always gave great advice based on what and why I wanted to continue.
