I contacted Trust Deed Scotland and spoke with Jason who was very kind and understanding about my situation. With cost of living increases and lack of extra shifts at my work I was struggling to meet payments, I have worked extra shifts all year to just scrape by with payments and like most people my wage only covers my bills and rent. Any additional expenses ie kids clubs, treats, holidays are becoming harder and harder to do and with the news that extra shifts were being pulled before Christmas due to budget cuts I felt I had no other choice! Jason was completely understanding, there was no judgement or stigma! He was very helpful and patient and the whole experience was far less stressful and depressing than I thought it would be! I am so relieved that its been sorted out so quickly and efficiently! Thankyou

From the moment I made the call, Tommy was great! Not judgemental at all and totally understanding of my situation. I initially contacted TDS to get advice due to my recent business closure which left me with a large amount of personal debt. At the time I was being aggressively chased by creditors and having sleepless nights especially the thought of losing my house. TDS put measures in place to give me breathing space straight away from my creditors and over the last couple weeks worked with me to get a solution in place. Andrew helped me today with my phone call regarding a missed payment (my mistake). Andrew came across friendly and understanding which I really appreciated. For me, a large barrier to getting this trust deed was my own embarrassment and fears about what it meant for me and how badly I had mismanaged my money.
