I have nothing but positives to say about this company and the help schemes that they offer. I have put January 22nd as my date of experience as that is the last contact I had with the agent to finalise everything in my case. However, from the first call to the last call and every call in between my agent, Val, showed compassion and care, was sensitive and understanding to my circumstances and was thorough in explanation with what was available to me and how it would all transpire as we progressed. Couldn't be happier with everything and the agent I dealt with is, in my opinion, an asset to the company. Compassion and empathy is a rare quality these days and Val has it in abundance, and I'm happy to have met and dealt with her. I can't vouch for other agents as Val has been my sole point of contact but I am sure they are all just as kind!
