I was extremely nervous about contacting trust deed Scotland. I thought I could dig myself out of the hole I got myself in. But all I was doing was paying off the interest and not getting anywhere. I spoke with Jason my advisor and he put me at ease straight away. Explained every step of the way and was constantly in contact to keep me reassured. What an absolute amazing team, I reached out for some help/ guidance to trust deed Scotland, I spoke to a chap called Tommy, we talked I told him everything I was paying out and I was struggling on a day to day basis .he was fantastic with me , never once did I feel embarrassed or ashamed as debt can happen to any of us. we went through my options, and I was happy to proceed with the option I felt most comfortable with. I dealt with just Tommy on the phone ( over a week)which I found so reassuring , as he knew my situation and didn’t have to go through it all again with a different colleague , I highly recommend phoning and speaking to them even if just for advice.
