United Kingdom | 21 April 2017Picked up my KS9500 from The Electronic Warehouse on Tuesday. It is an amazing TV, the picture is excellent. 4K HDR is unbelievable on this particular TV. The staff at (TEW) were friendly and professional, this is my 2nd TV from these and will not be my last.

United Kingdom | 02 February 2017I bought a "14 day return" Samsung tv from them for £600 - these were apparently almost new customer returns which were virtually unused. Took delivery but after just a few weeks the television developed a big pink line down the left hand side of the screen. When I contacted them they dismissively pointed me to their T&C which say that their warranty "doesn't cover line damage on screen." The TV has failed all its self-diagnostic picture tests but they've washed their hands of it which means I'm left with a broken fairly expensive tv with effectively no warranty. Awful company.
