I bought a Samsung 9000 series HD curved TV from the electronics warehouse. The product, service and communication were excellent. I would most definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Picked up my KS9500 from The Electronic Warehouse on Tuesday. It is an amazing TV, the picture is excellent. 4K HDR is unbelievable on this particular TV. The staff at (TEW) were friendly and professional, this is my 2nd TV from these and will not be my last.

Bought a Samsung 4K Smart TV last week and couldn't be more happy with it! Saved nearly £500 from where anywhere else was selling the TV and was received today in perfect condition! Delivery was super fast and I couldn't recommend these guys enough! 5***

I bought a "14 day return" Samsung tv from them for £600 - these were apparently almost new customer returns which were virtually unused. Took delivery but after just a few weeks the television developed a big pink line down the left hand side of the screen. When I contacted them they dismissively pointed me to their T&C which say that their warranty "doesn't cover line damage on screen." The TV has failed all its self-diagnostic picture tests but they've washed their hands of it which means I'm left with a broken fairly expensive tv with effectively no warranty. Awful company.
