I have bought a Samsung QE65Q90R 65" TV from these guys and am very happy with it. The communication was impeccable. The delivery guys very friendly and asked which room I want them to carry it into. Took it out of the bow and it is a brand new TV with no marks or defects, works perfectly fine. They also provide a warranty which gives me a peace of mind. I have spent considerable amount of time shopping around and no one could beat their price. Highly recommend these guys. Honest, open people, you know what you are getting.

They say that if a deal seems to good to be true then it isn't ? Well there are exceptions to this rule and Theelectronicwarehouse is one of these exceptions. I got a 65 inch 2018 qled television for £850 (Q7fn) it's one of the best TV's for gaming which is what I use it for . Yes it is a refurbished tv but it arrived in tiptop condition and the 2 delivery men were more than helpful they even carried it upstairs for me. I can't fault this service at all . Very pleased with my purchase and if and when I decide to get another tele then Theelectronicwarehouse will be my 1st choice. It should be yours too ...

The product I got was in great condition for a fraction of the price. Very pleased. The only reason for 4stars was that there was no communication from them once I had brought the product to arrange delivery etc (i brought on ebay). I had to chase them and then contact the delivery company that they use.

Please do not buy off this site . Took our money and never delivered telly . Kept phoning them and they kept putting us through to courier (Sherman logistics ) who say they delivered couldn't give us a tracking info . This carried on for 2 months and only got money back cuz he went to ebay fraud squad . . What a load of crap wouldn't touch this site at all

My wife and I recently bought a refurbished Samsung 65in Smart 4K TV from Electronics Warehouse. We couldn't be more happy with the friendly, honest service and, of course, the TV itself. Whilst the TV was described as refurbished, it was in immaculate -like new- condition, came with all accessories and was delivered, on time, by a white glove courier. Why pay full price from high street retailers, when you can buy fantastic, new condition refurbished TVs, from a trustworthy company like Electronics Warehouse? We'll certainly be back for our next TV. Highly recommended.

My husband bought me a refurbished Bluray player. It arrived and never worked, just didn't turn on! I called and a man over the phone said they test them beforehand and it must've been bumped in transit. He then said I had to return the item for an exchange but I would be refunded postage. Just over a week and after returning I finally got another one sent through, though this one was in a terrible state. Scratches all over and the remote was bent in the corner. I returned again and got a refund. Don't waste your time.

Purchased through ebay store and delighted with my TV. Saved about £400 on what the high street shops wanted for the same telly. TV arrived ahead of time and fully kept up to date by the couriers on the day. Cheers guys.

I can honestly say the service from the company is first class. Communication and the courier was great. The TV is excellent on first set up and inspection, the TV is top notch. I am sure is will be fine over time.
