United Kingdom | 17 July 2020Was a bit concerned about the number of bad reveiws. But the 55 inch QLED I wanted was 200 quid cheaper...so I purchased nervously. The team did have to contact me due to a problem with the payment system as my card got rejected twice...which didn't settle my nerves. However everyone I dealt with on the phone was both friendly and courtious, However, there was a bit of a communication hiccup and my TV wasn't despacthed until after I had to chase. Finally, nearly four weeks after ordering, my TV arrived and it is blimin brilliant. Absolutely well chuffed! So morale of this story is, if you are prepared to wait for delivery then Electronics Warehouse do offer some cracking TVs and discounted prices. I would use them again.

United Kingdom | 25 May 2020Unfortunately I was foolish enough to purchase a Samsung Qled 55 on the 23-03-2020 the tv did turn up but that's where it all started to go horribly wrong, the tv was faulty there were things missing from the instruction pack and the identification lable had been removed from the back of the tv. I called the company straight away and spoke to a guy who was a compulsive liar, they picked up their faulty tv a couple of days later and once I had handed over the tv to their courier company apparently they never received the tv back from their own courier for 3 weeks, more lies. I was fobbed off with more lies and excuses then I can be bothered to write down. What was the most worrying thing during this awful ordel was that this company asked for my bank account details because they said that they had a security breach at their company so they couldn't refund my credit card and therefore would have to do a bank transfer into my bank account and low and behold this was not the case this company did refund my credit card although it was £60 short of what I paid for the tv, apparently I was charged £60 handling fee. So why ask for my bank account details? It's in the hands of my bank now as I was really concerned about this situation. You might be thinking your getting a good deal from this company but it's not worth the aggravation go to a reputable retailer. You've been warned now do business at your own peril.

United Kingdom | 27 March 2020I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered a TV online it has taken 3 weeks to deliver and what has turned up is a used damaged item. It even had someone else’s paperwork in the box that said it was faulty! It has a deep scratch on the screen and I feel deceived. I will be reporting these people to trading standards as I am a pensioner and feel cheated. This was my life savings and now I am stuck in with a rubbish Tv. Heartless I could cry.

Unfortunately, when it arrived, the one connect box had a fault with the HDMI inputs which we informed the company of right away. We spoke with Victor who took on board what problems we were having and at their expense, and with great trust, arranged a collection of the faulty box AND delivery of a new box the very next day! Impressive! We are thrilled to report the new one connect box works perfectly and we are blown away not only by the price and the actual TV itself, but by the communication and service we have received. And most importantly, that when it comes down to resolving any issues, they worked with us to resolve the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. I’d like to finish by saying; You can only judge how good a company is if there is ever a problem...And we can happily say they have proved to be fantastic in putting their customers needs and considerations first. The delivery guys very friendly and asked which room I want them to carry it into. Took it out of the bow and it looks like a new TV with just a small dent to the rear casing, which I had been informed about, works perfectly fine. They also provide a warranty which gives me a peace of mind. I have spent considerable amount of time shopping around and no one could beat their price. Highly recommend these guys. Honest, open people, you know what you are getting
