Such lovely staff. No wine question of mine is too stupid. Always come away with something delicious in whatever price bracket I’ve requested (fave currently: what is the Merlot/Malbec I can have <£10)

Butlers is simply the best wine shop anywhere.

They carry a great range from expensive (impress your friends who know about wine) to excellent, reasonably priced, 'every day' quaffs. All the people who work there combine a genuine, open, friendliness with an excellent knowledge of wine generally, and their stock in particular. I've certainly never felt let down by their advice. Plus it's a local firm. It's always a pleasure to shop there.

Very good service excellent dialogue

My first order with Butlers and all went well. From the initial internet order to the speedy delivery, it went smoothly. The only small issue was that the tracking of delivery system did not work for me but before I had time to ring anyone to query, the wine had been delivered. Will use again.

Wine so much better than any supermarket has to offer. Excellent wine to suit every budget. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ask for a recommendation and you won’t be disappointed! Easily the best bottle shop in town. Craft beers are tasty too!

A very smooth and efficient service. My order was dealt with and dispatched super fast, even over the festive season. I was kept up to date by email with everything, from placing the order to delivery. My item was even delivered ahead of schedule and I am so delighted with it. Amazing cider, tried it locally when I went for a weekend away. Tasted that good had to order some for home. Brilliant fast service arrived before they said it would which was great. :)
