Wasn’t sure about buying from this site at first, but after reading a few of their reviews and looking at the design, style and price for a Titanium ring, I went with it. I can’t fault their commitment to sending delivery updates and once the ring arrived, I was really impressed. I will definitely buy again from this company. Thank you.

This is the second time i have purchased 3 pairs of braces from Trendhim, Good quality, Well packaged, and all at a very reasonable price including shipping. the hardest part was making the choice, as they have so many to choose from, and the communications and tracking were awesome, as they said "even the snow doesn't stop them" a really good shopping experience, Thank you Trendhim.

I originally wasn't the customer for the product i got. I got a watch from my girlfriend for Christmas from Trendhim. Unfortunately something was wrong with the watch a little after christmas. But to trendhim, it really wasnt a problem and they sorted the situation within 24hrs! If you have anything wrong with your product from Trendhim, you are in super safe hands. The team are amazing. Probably the best customer service ive ever had! Marcela, Kimberley the biggest thank you! I received an exchange and got my watch back within the week. I love my Watch. I've recommended Trendhim to a few of my friends. Thank you so much!

Was looking for a nice quality wallet for husband for his birthday, this was perfect. Great choice of compartments etc. I got myself in a muddle over my order and placed two orders. The team got in touch with me to check and got it sorted out. My husband is very pleased with his gift.

I ordered on Tuesday for delivery before Friday. I paid extra £10 for express delivery which said 1-2 days. However the item arrived Monday. Normally I would have accepted the free delivery but wanted to make sure it got there before Friday as this was a gift for my best man at my wedding! Such an important gift and was very disappointed on a day I can never get back. I called the company who were apologising but said they couldn’t do anything. When I checked the tracking it said was dispatched from Denmark I think so it never would have reached the uk in time. The product was ok but nothing special. I have had marketing emails daily since I bought this which is also very annoying. Also bragging about how great the service is but I’ve used them once and they failed on the most important day of my life! EDIT : I have received a refund for my delivery only since this review. I had to pay myself to send it to my best man with DPD locally in uk. I also had to put 2 extra layers of packaging to protect it as the original box was very flimsy and it’s already made an international journey. I work in packaging so I know what I’m talking about. My best man received it today and has sent me a video of the watch being broken! What a calamitous experience! So even if it was on time it wouldn’t have worked anyway. It’s not visibly cracked it’s just the click hands which are swinging around which I didn’t notice when I quickly checked it over before re sending to him.

fawler Fan Dark Brown Italian Leather Belt bit disappointed with this belt it looks really well made on the trendhim website but it is really very light weight thin leather light weight brass buckle only bought it because of all the good reviews it received these people can never have had a well made leather belt definitely not worth £58 its more like a £20 belt would not buy again cannot be bothered to send back so i will use it see how long it will last in my opinion not long even though it has 2year guarantee we will see.

Arranging an exchange is a nightmare I recived a braclet for Christmas under order 800349377 I wanted to change size but the size that I wanted was out of stock. I had signed up for an instock alert. Having checked every couple of days to see if the item was in stock to find it wasn’t. So I emailed customer support to find out when the item would be in stock in my size and was advised that the small was instock. Before I had sent the email I had checked to see if the size was instock and it wasn’t. I also received no intsock email or text message that I had signed up for. I got the order number & postcode of the original purchaser as requested and sent it to customer service, who advised that this order was for a watch, which it wasn’t the item was a bracelet. I went back to the advisor to say that this wasn’t correct and attached the order confirmation for a bracelet. A few hours later I chased for an update on my exchange. This was on the same email trail and as my request to exchange to a smaller size. I was asked what my request was even though it was quite clear that I was asking for an exchange. It is getting incredibly frustrating going round and round in circles. Having waited over two weeks for the item come back in my size for the customer service team to be messaging me around. This is only a £31 bracelet in total (with postage) and I shouldn’t have to jump through so many hoops to swap this out for a smaller size.

Daily customer no more I used to shop here and have bought mulitple items in the past, in recent time they've dissolved their online purchase history available via log in, charge more for deliveries and make you pay for shipping return, inflated prices for shipping and return-shipping, if given the address and the option to return it myself, rather than taking a substantial amount of the refund value. A pair of earring with fast delivery valuing at £30, refund value with paid return shipping included, only £15. By returning my product, TrendHim have their product returned and made a profit of at least 8-9£, explains why they offer 365day no ask-return, with a business model like this. Not what they used to be.

From ordering my son’s birthday present very recently, to receiving it within 2 days, including the personalisation I requested, I was delighted. On line shopping can be quite a stressful experience, things not turning up when they are expected or not at all. I have been completely satisfied with the service from Trendhim and their background story of their beginnings is so inspirational and built my confidence in ordering from this European country. Wonderful, personal service.

Ordered a watch for Christmas present on 8 Dec 23. It didn't came on time as advertised. Royal Mail sucked . Had to write several times until Trendhim changed postal carrier. Anyhow the watch came on 1 Jan 24. To my dismay, the gift packaging was just a black bag ;/
