Phonomonal. I'm actually still quite speechless. What. A. Company. I ordered a beautiful, personalised chain for my husband at Christmas, but it was much too short. We are in the UK and my experience of customer service in Europe hasn't been great, but Trendhim definitely gets the gold medal. Quick responses, compassionate solutions and a replacement chain delivered in days. Trendhim should be the benchmark for quality and service. I'll definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered from here 5 days ago and still haven’t received a link for tracking. I have emailed them twice, and have had no reply. Considering jewellery is expensive i need to know that this site can be trusted and that i will get my package but this has not been the case and they have not contacted me back. I bought a ring from Trendhim, after a quick dispatch the ring arrived. I was really impressed with the quality and design however the ring was one size too large. With a few easy clicks on the website I had a prepaid returns label then dropped it off at a local parcel drop point. What I ordered was exactly what turned up, the gloves were a perfect fit and great quality, with some classic flair in there as well.
