Ordered item on 26/12, promised 3/5 business day delivery. It arrived 12 business days later ( doesn't include holidays & weekends ). Various mails to trendhim but they take no responsibility for their carrier Evri who delayed the package twice with no reason. Tried to return package which was no longer required which carries a £5 charge for return !!! A mail sent to me said they would refund the postage 'as long as you have proof of payment' !!! It is an automatic reply label from royal mail, there is no proof of payment !!!! Oh, and you're supposed to print the label - I have no printer !!! Iv'e lost the will and decided not to bother. P.S. The pocket square is poor quality, will not be used and not worth the money, no further orders from me.

Ordered on the 28th December…totally understood with the NY so soon it would be a slight delay. I don’t receive the cufflinks until 13th January. When I called up the lady on the phone pretty much didn’t care that I was chasing my order and that it now was a belated birthday gift. As much as I like the cufflinks with the customer service I wouldn’t order from them again which is such a shame.

Purchased a damascus steel 7mm ring in z1. Size is true to fit, and ring looks sleek and strong. Got engraving as well, well worth the extra charge. Shipped fast, would definitely use company again!

Quality of the goods and the range of colours available

Purchased a signet ring that appears on their site with engraved letters as an example. Paid extra to have the engraving only to receive a ring with the same random letters engraved on the face as in the picture AND additional very faint engraving of my choice on the side of the ring that wraps around the finger! Trying to explain how/why anyone would want to wear a signet ring with random letters on the front of no relevance to customer services was, (in order to remain polite) shall we say pointless! I was reimbursed for the engraving but was still left without the Xmas present I was to give, £43 lost and a ring with two sets of initials on that nobody in their right mind would want! Also I might point out that after a quick search on google the exact same ring with the exact same picture is available in many other places for a third of the price!! I'm sure a very considerate reply will appear to this review. Don't fall for it unless you want to be misled and ripped off!!!

Can’t fault them

Really nice watch box, both visually and in finish. One significant problem though is that the lock is badly aligned, so that the key only works if it is put in diagonally. This is disappointing, as I specifically wants a box that could be locked.
