Terrible service and product. Received my watch box today. Found there was a long scratch on the face of it that was poorly converted up by biro?!! Enough said. Customer service then say they have applied a credit note to the account but they don’t have any further black boxes in stock. So where does that leave us? Off to talk to the bank… Utter crap, avoid these cowboys.

I ordered four bracelets for Xmas gifts for grandchildren. Love the quality of the items and I'm sure they will. just one fault in postage. the box was damaged perhaps use bubble wrap in future to protect the boxes 📦
